ABOUT – Olivia Peralta was born and raised in Mexico City. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from La Salle University.
After graduating she started working in Igni as a Project Manager and Workshop Presenter and for 5 years she designed campaigns for brands such as Sam’s Club, Trend Micro, and GEPP focusing on customer journey mapping, conversion, and campaign automation.
In 2019, she was granted the MEXT scholarship to study a Master’s Degree in Keio University, Japan.
Currently she is developing a design methodology aimed at helping Mexican SMEs improve their products and services in order to be more competitive in international markets as well participating in the 2020 BioDesign Challenge.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE – With more than 4 years of experience working with international companies in projects of automatization while maintaining high levels of personalization with the customer made Olivia a geek for future technologies and AI.
